You know, I never thought about the idea of Metalhead being a villain, but it makes sense that he would eventually go that way given his origin. If so, then Don's definitely going to be put through the ringer as far as emotions go with everything he's gone through so far.

He did at the end of Invasion of the Squirrelanoids. It was the last scene.

I don't see anything implying Squirrelnoids are in this episode. They probably just re-used the same construction worker assets so they didn't have to create a new model.

He was yelling "mutant squirrel" as he ran by. Doubt we see them this soon after their debut though.

What I notice in the clip most is how bad April's ear looks. It's like they never updated her design at all since season 1. Her ear is like one block. Looks like early PS2 graphics.

Wow both April and Casey will be in a monster of the week episode with the Turtles. I wonder if master Splinter will get effected/infected by the "fear spores" or whatever it is.

Hey, anything's possible. They're still living in the sewer somewhere, as is this strange fungus. As a dude whose property was loooooaded with squirrels, I can tell you they love eating mushrooms. So maybe those freaky-deeky mutants are living nearby based on that.

That'd be something to see. I wish some of this ep occurred above ground so the guys would have an excuse to team up with an enemy in order to stop Fungus. Cool we're going to see Casey but it'd be nice if they revisited a few of the characters we met in season 1 like Spiderbytes. Also doubtful, but it'd be nice seeing Rahzar again. Guess not since this is set mostly in the sewers? I'd love to see Karai's worst fear. It'd be fun climbing inside the heads of the villains once in a while. Hope we get to see a few of these guys EG Rahz/Snakeweed even if they're hallucinations. And I'm still waiting for an all star turtle haters teamup episode. hehe Haven't seen the clip yet, but I'm sure I'll enjoy this one as much as last weekends. This show handles fillers extremely well, so looking forward to Fungus.

Loved that clip, and it definitely sounds as if the Squirrelanoids are back in some form or another. I'm definitely stoked for this episode for sure.
