"I can't shake out the dead in my mind though. I can't die of natural courses or poisen, that leaves bullets. Never would have been out of there if it weren't for good ol' Frank. He's the, was the janiter there, he 'ad enough of what they did so he stole 9 of us, I was the eldest along with a snapping turtle. The midgets were all giant tortiose hybrids that were crossed gened with other wild animals, many died trying to get out."

"Actually..." Randi muttered after a moment, "That does sound sorta familiar... I think I did hear something about that, they were just going to investigate it after I left. Something tells me they either never got around to doing it, or they didn't get to far in thier invstigation."

Michelangelo had been listening with mindful intent the entire course of Silver's explanation, not saying a word. He appeared to be in deep thought while, at the same time, appearing completely casual.

Something about Silver's story was striking a cord with him, a long-forgotten dream that he hadn't thought about in years.

"DARPA??" He said out loud, in a very mild-mannered tone.

Silver nodded and pulled the ar, elbow down off and deactivated the detonator, a long thin wire then was pulled from the arm and attached to the computer. the files rapidly appeared, showing premutated Silver, to 51vl3r. The moniter flickered an image from a childs point of veiw...of the head scientist and teen Giselle kissing.
