So Tom King wants to write The Killing Riddle. Um, I realize that he already ruined The Riddler in The War of Jokes and Riddles and he sees Edward as a vicious serial killer *cough* Zodiac Killer*cough*. I see the TRUE Riddler as the opposite of The Joker. The Joker wants to kill EVERYONE EXCEPT for Batman while The Riddler ONLY wants to kill Batman which means he is the intellectual superior. While someone might die to achieve that goal so be it, but it is not his direct intent. Also, he seems to be dissing The Bronze Age Joker, who is the best representation of the character!

Today is the 50th Anniversary of the first ever Swamp Thing comic by Len Wein and Bernie Wrightson.

Awesome. I love the Alan Moore run.
I've always been super impressed with Wrightson's stand-alone illustrations of the character. I wonder if the comics actually look that good. I may check out the Absolute Edition they are releasing of this run. Btw, give it up for Len Wein, creator of both Swamp Thing & Wolverine - two of the coolest characters in comics. |

Over in Nightwing, Blockbuster unmasked Dick and learned his identity, also Taylor addressed one of DC's biggest elephants in the room by giving Kate and Maggie Sawyer their first interaction since editorial shut down their engagement ten years ago.

Geoff Johns writing "The New Golden Age," new JSA and a "Stargirl" mini. And yes, he absolutely uses the opportunity to mention his dead sister in regard to Stargirl, which he can always be counted on doing.

Flash has a mini-event to kick off 2023 as Dark Crisis ends. It looks like the book will be a Flash family book as Wally West seems to be the lead, but Barry Allen is present in ,' The One Minute War'.

So this latest crisis leads to yet another one? The sentenant darkness is an ally of the heroes of Earth-0 in the next year? Enough already! Death Metal seemed conclusive yet just another in an endless string of Crisises. At least Superman Jr.'s title is canceled.

After five years of being unattached, DC are trying to move Selina on from Bruce with a new interest. I've been expecting this for a bit since they started teasing Bruce with Talia again during Shadow War.

That was great. I wish an actual wedding would take place betweenDick and Barbara. The 3rd Wednesday of every month has World's Finest, Nightwing, and Flash. I love each of them. World's Finest is my favorite though.
As for Boy Thunder being an already established character, what about Wildfire of the Legion of Superheroes? https://cdn.mos.cms.futurecdn.net/Jb...6puSPDZPhA.jpg Also, the next issue has my favorite musician getting a guest spot.

I dropped Detective Comics when Tamaki took it from Peter Tomasi and picked it back up after she was booted. Now she gets to write Hal Jordan in an ongoing? Considering I have every Green Lantern( Hal Jordan) issue since Green Lantern: Rebirth #1 I will pick it up and I fear regret for that because of the name.
Batman: Brave and the Bold? I wanted the cut short revival (2007-2010) to continue and even more so after Batman/ Superman: World's Finest by Mark Waid was the best DC title or run I have read in years. Though, there is one thing that is the most curious, is this a Batman and title that focuses on the 2022 character set and using Bruce Wayne to push others? Or will it hop around the timeline like the previous volume?
