A few questions for people who grew up with the Next Mutation

I was 11 - 12 when The Next Mutation was airing in Ireland. It wasn't my first introduction to the turtles, but I thought it was a decent show at the time. I rewatched a few episodes nearly a year ago, though, and it was awful. It wasn't as good as I remembered it.

I only watched In Space, Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed Rescue and Time Force. I lost interest in Power Rangers after that, but I thought the crossover with the turtles was awesome at the time. I saw it in 2000 when In Space aired in Ireland when I was 13. I've never rewatched it, though, or Power Rangers for that matter.

I don't recall The Next Mutation airing here. I was told that it did around 1997-1998, though. And the few people I know who watched it back then said that, even when they were kids, they found it to be pretty lousy.

I'm yet to watch TNM, but cant' say I'm in any hurry for it. Thew few bits I've watched haven't exactly given me a good impression of it.

but i did like the vampire girl for some reason i had a huge crush on her. i think i was slowly getting into puberty at that time

I was 19 when the show aired. I remember looking forward to the premiere. I watched and taped every episode onto vhs. I thought the show was ok but wasn't sad to see it cancelled after one season. I remember thinking the show would be better if they just removed the goofy sound effects. I did like the catchy theme song, though.
