"Spider-Man" is a super-hero. "Spiderman" is the perfect last name for one of those hack lawyers you see advertising on TV at 3am, asking if you've suffered a grievous personal injury or been arrested for drugs.

These things matter, pally. Nothing's inconsequential when it comes to punctuation. For example, there's the time you helped your uncle, Jack, off a horse... and that's just for starters.

The weird thing is how 50+ year olds can be attractive now. In the 90's if you thought of a 50 year old you'd think of some old woman with short gray hair or something, like most imagine or used to see in shows back then.

Nowadays 50+ year olds can look in their late 30's or early 40's, so it's a huge difference.

As predicted, Sony came back (allegedly) to the table and is offering Disney 30%. Less than the 50% Disney wanted but way more than the 5% stake they had before. They'l probably take it.

Part of the deal would be Venom officially in the MCU. Not sure how THAT'S supposed to work.

Like, a Spiderman/Venom movie will probably happen regardless... but that doesn't necessarily mean Venom is part of the wider MCU. I mean, look at Daredevil or Agent Coulson or anything else. You can be "all connected" and yet have zero impact on the Disney-approved / Disney-controlled mainstream.

Probably the translation of it is just, "We want to be able to use Venom in the solo Spider-Man movies and/or Spider-Man in our Venom movies, and be able to discuss using other MCU characters in Venom movies," and not, "We want to see Venom in a lot of MCU movies."

As someone who has a lot invested in Playstation (I've bought a lot of digital games and movies that are tied to my PS), I don't even feel like it would be that big of a loss.

On one hand, they are funding and bringing to life quality AAA single player titles that I love. I mean, Death Stranding is the one videogame I'm excited about above all else, and it is coming out on a Playstation. They are all about that type of content.
On the other hand, a game like that, with Hideo Kojima behind it, would have been made either way. And, maybe the same can be said for a lot of the other great exclusives they have. I don't know if Sony is doing enough outside of that to please me as a consumer. I've had Playstation 1-4, and grown up on the console, but they are constantly annoying me with their practices. Mostly regarding digital sales and the like. They really aren't very consumer-friendly.
