“ If the android is still an agent of evil…”

How is that different than from most bureaucrats and politicians?

The bit about their reason for not being able to vote made me laugh. Also, nice continuity with Splinter being the only one in the lair who saw him get destroyed last. (In Night of the Rogues.)

"I am against everything I should be against" will become one of my favorite quotes. Especially in context of politicians.

Writers made their homework? Nice.

There was a guy around here years ago that went by the name Cartoonist Aaron, the one who made Toaster Guy. I can see him drawing one of these comics.

In a weird way, these comics feel like what the Archie comics would have been in an alternate timeline where they stuck close to the shows universe rather than creating their own as it went on. Granted I am glad Archie did its own thing, but I always did wonder what a comic based on the original cartoon with new stories would be, and now we have it.

I wouldn't be against, if they introduced Venus for one issue. It would be interesting to see what they could do with her in a framework of FW series.

I'm not sure if they'll introduce anyone not from the Fred Wolf series directly.

It would be cool if they brought in the 1987 version of Mona Lisa in a future issue.

I'm sure the longer the series runs the higher the chance there is she'll make an appearance.

I noticed that Shredder and Krang have taken residence in the Hall of Science but it is set before Get Shredder. Is it meant to be a divergent reality of the 1987 cartoon or a continuation of sorts? There are references to the continuity of Shibano-sama and Hamato Koji in the Halloween special so I was curious if there was a specific cannon that you were going for.

I always liked the idea of the Hall of Science, but it never explained how Beserko conveniently already occupied it undetected.

Creepy Eddie is trying to work around the logic of his relam? I wonder if that is how Mr. Ogg gets involved shortly because it makes it appear that he is policing the 4th wall and dimensional barriers.

That's cool, I just hope she shows up in more issues, 87 Mona Lisa only appeared in one episode, So it would be cool if she's in it more.

Not in this comic series you won't. The most you can hope for is blasting them with the tickle ray.
