I dunno what to think, not having read New Warriors back in the heyday, even when they were the big instigators of the Civil War event, I've been a bit out of the Marvel loop recently and really need to get back in

Saying that? I actually kinda dig this, it feels so on the nose it's like these kids are just owning those terms and taking them

From what I gleam off the New Warriors as a whole is that they take a lot from their own time, I mean, Night Thrasher was a skateboarding CEO with a secret identity, he was as 90's as could be and I still love that

I guess the weirdest thing would be to go back and ask 90's fans what they thought of the New Warriors back then and see how close or not they stack today

Dunno about Marvel's strategies as a whole of late, but, I feel like I'd wanna check it out before giving in the towel on this team yet

People makin' a big deal outta this like this hasn't been the kind of s**t New Warriors has been doing since DAY ONE.

The original team had "black Tony Stark" who, for all his genius, made a rocket-powered skateboard instead of a suit of armor and a character named SPEEDBALL.

I wanted to start with mention of "left can't meme", but it was already used, so I cut to the chase.

It seems like writer had a "noble" (read: SJW fueled) agenda to stick it up to the people who hate SJW **** in comic books, but since writer is a middle aged man, who doesn't really understands memes and modern slang, he got it all wrong and made a wonderful fuel for anti-SJWs.

As for the other things:
I am not gonna question logistics of the "non-binary" crap, since even EnBies don't know what does this **** mean. Like in case with "queer", "non-binary" mean anything, depending on the person, but, bar psychological problems, more often than not it means "I am a special snowflake, not like anyone else, but I am not gay enough to **** dudes / dudettes, but not straight either". Its basically claiming to be incredibly oppressed LGBBQ without being LBQB themselves. All privliges of the straight person + pity pats and praising for being "brave and stunning" from BLGQ-.

Also, other abilities of this group are hilarious: the guy who can project "internet gas" (WHAT?!) and obese girl (because, **** health, stay fat and die early, but be yourself, right?) with a magical backpack. I bet her archnemesis is a Fit-Woman or a Diet-Man.

But overall, insanity spreads. I wonder when there will be cut off point, when writers and , more importantly, people who bankroll this crap, will figure out, that SJW **** doesn't sell.

Wow. This just- I can't even.... Sad part is, I remember when the New Warriors tried to do reality TV, and ended up getting themselves and a bunch of school kids killed in Stamford. Yes, THAT incident. They instigated the fight that brought about the Registration Act, so this somehow does not surprise me. When have they ever been RESPONSIBLE? Um.... And is Speedball still running around as Penance, or did he get over that? Just wondering....
