Hey, so if Bob is a "violator", does that mean Venus is one too?
Right, so you know how they cursed Bob at the top of their lungs because he dared to... Return a little girl to her natural form and thus potentially create a better future for her? The little girl in question also doesn't have much of a reaction to it herself, so for all we know, she might not even care, it's just the characters around her who say it needs to be "fixed".
Right, now let's remember how a mere 15 issues prior, Venus decided to turn Barlow into something that basically looks like a non-mutant rat, not because she had to (they make it very clear she could just have killed him instead) but out of petty revenge. Then Barlow quite literally reacts in horror to what has happened and asked why they didn't just kill him instead. So if we judge these actions on the same standard, didn't Venus "violate" Barlow as much Bob "violated" Lita, if not worse because Barlow explicitly hated being a mutant in the first place and literally reacted with "please kill me"? Or are just meant to think Venus is "the good guy" and therefore anything she does is justifiable, and that Bob and Barlow are the "bad guys" and therefore anything they do or want is inherently bad no matter what it is? Spoiler:
