What extras do you hope for on the Season 6 DVD?

Since Lionsgate will most likely continue with the boxset treatment and give us all of Season 6, (and hopefully the skipped Season 5 eps) with the next release, what extras do you hope for?

I'm hoping for interviews with Splinter and April's VA, they're the only two major characters that they haven't done yet after the TMNT, Krang and Shredder.

I'd also love to see a David Wise interview, just so we can see how the concept evolved from the old comics into the classic cartoon and the choices he made.

I thought for one moment that you were talking about the 2k3 toon. I honestly thought you were considering Ninja Tribunal as Season 6.

I just want the "Ninja Tribunal" episode 104 released on DVD somehow. It would totally rock if they released all 13 episodes not yet released in a Region 1 DVD in just one boxset instead of making me engage in two separate purchases. But I'll be satisfied with just having all episodes on R1 DVD. So that I don't have to watch episode 104 on ThouCylinder. So that I can plop in the other Season 5 episodes on my TV instead of having to put them on my computer. To promote TMNT even more.

Now to season 6 of the OT, it would be cool to do character profiles.

Yes, I too hope that "Once Upon a Time Machine" is put on a DVD. Interviews with Peter Reneday and Renae Jacobs (Both names probably spelled wrong...and this by the guy who was doing the TMNT episode guide for a while.) would be awesome. Also Jennifer "Irma" Darling would be nice. Heck....have Renae, Jennifer, Peter and maybe re-interview Pat and do the Channel 6 crew. (and Splinter...since Peter did both Vernon and Hamato Yoshi.)

I just want one or the other (Renae of Peter) on the season 6 then have the other on season 7. As far as character profiles goes, April or Splinter, depending on who gets interviewed, Casey Jones, Mondo Gecko Rat King and Leatherhead.

I don't expect to see "Once Upon A Time Machine" anytime soon. But the Planet 2 Part I expect was left off this set because Season 6 has 16 episodes in it and adding the 2 parter makes it 18 so it's even with the last set they released.

They also see Kerma again later in the season, so Lionsgate will definitely know to put the Turtleoid 2-parter at the start of the disc.

Erm... how about the script for "Shredder's in love" by Scott Pate Hilley? Of course, since Mr. Hilley didn't have any used scripts AFAIK, I'd settle for a detailed explanation of why those five production numbers were skipped.

Additional trivia material is always welcome if you ask me (meaning that which the public doesn't already know). ^_^

I don't think Season 6 had any alternate voices but maybe for season 7 for Shredder I'd like them to have the original VA to record their lines and have it as an alternate audio track. Also, how about some interviews with the writers, I'd love an interview with David Wise.

I would love to see some behind the scenes products, like storyboards, scripts, model sheets.... stuff like that. Vintage toy commercials. A collection of all three theme song versions. Maybe some international theme song versions, like the Japanese one or something.... rare stuff... not going to happen, though.

I'm more interested in an interview with David Wise since he was the lynchpin of the show's creative staff and I'd really like to hear what he has to say about his time with the Turtles. He briefly mentioned his TMNT work in passing during an interview on Rhino's Transformers Season 3 Part 3 DVD and talked about it with a great sense of pride, so I'd like to hear more form him on that.

And though I'm sure he's loathe to do it, I'd also like to hear something from Peter Laird or, more likely, possibly Kevin Eastman since they did have a hand in creating the new characters like Bebop and Rocksteady.

DVD Commentary by Wise. He's already contributed to Defenders of the Earth and Star Trek: TAS

And don't forget the TMNT PSAs.

I'm sure you know that's a pipe-dream. I'm pretty sure Mr. Avery isn't at all interested in abusing his throat like that anymore. That's why his Shredder in the Season 4 DVD interview was so weak.

However, the David Wise interview is a phenomenal idea and very doable. I'll be sure to mention it when I contact Lionsgate this week. Keep the ideas coming, everyone.

Actually in an interview by Ninja Turtles Network Mr. Avery said he'd be happy to do it again.
