Any japanese speaking fellows in the forum?

Heya, I was wondering if there was anyone in this forum who can read Japanese Kanji, and if so, what does this mean? Can you translate it?

Thanks in advance!

Babelfish isn't going to translate text that's in a gif image

It looks like "Suwaishisu Tagiri" but it's so horribly written that that I after 'wa' could be a Ji for all I know. To me it appears to be someone's name.
