I always liked those guys but they kinda went downhill after Muppet Treasure Island, and don't even get me started on that movie they set around Gonzo's family.

Well Jim Henson diid helped out the TMNT costumes for TMNT 1 & 2.
I like the Splinter Puppet.

Splinter looked his best when Jim Henson took care of things...

the second movie was dedicated to the talented Mr Henson, after he died....

The Muppets eh? Oh, I dont know...I guess Im kind of a fan.
If being into them since I was little, going to MuppetFest in 2001 and being able to meet them and the performers, spending countless hours helping out on http://www.muppetcentral.com , buying the great new figures, having a massive archive, and otherwise being one of the biggest muppet fans in the world...then yeah...I guess you could say Im a fan

For those that think Muppets suck...get some imagination. they aint the kiddy nostalgic crap your thinking. If anyone saw the Very Merry Muppet Movie Xmas special in November on NBC, you probably spit out your soda at all the inuedno and envelope pushing humor that flew by the censors.

The upcoming Fox show will show the world just how edgy and audacious the Muppets can be. Heck, the original Muppet Show was called "The Muppets: Sex and Violence" in 1974.

But seriously, how could you not like the Muppets/Jim Henson Company/Creature Shop? Sure th eMuppets havent been at the top of their game since 1989...but LIKE THE TMNT, they are comign back. I mean Pepe the King Prawn...that guy rocks, o'kai?

Muppets, Fraggle Rock, Sesame Street, Farscape, Storyteller, Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, TMNT(first one), etc. They even did the animatronics and puppetry fro a ton of films from 2001(Harry Potter, Brotherhood of the Wolf, Cats and Dogs, Dinotopia, etc)

*me, championing the cause of the Muppets and anime worldwide to those who have no imagination*
