Newest Major Acquisition

Hey guys,
So if you recall, I recently had a birthday. People always tell me I'm impossible to shop for because they "can never keep up with my collection". So, I asked for ebay giftcards from everyone, and for once, people listened to me! So what did all my birthday giftcards snag me? Well I'll show ya!

I went a little crazy on playsets. Everything on the counter is a result of my birthday splurge!

All the Playsets ARE complete, but not all the parts are displayed because they are either very small, or make the playsets difficult to close. So I sorted everything and bagged them according to playset.

Hope you enjoyed the pictures!

Yeah, a few more mini-playsets, the roleplay stuff which I havent tackled yet (but there isnt really that much of it), 2 Japanese figures, and a few giants. The US standard sized figures and vehicles are totally done.

As for the japanese mini's, sure! So long as they're exclusive. There is my rule on japanese stuff. If they made an american version that is identical to the japanese version, then I usually only buy one or the other. This is because I am not a box collector. For instance, the japanese and american metal mutants are identical, so I only own the japanese ones (cause I like the boxes better hehe).

I'm the same way - I'm not a box collector. I have few foreign releases carded, but I don't plan on getting the domestic ones if they're no different. Same goes with the Mutations - if there is a Ninja Power variation, I try to get those because A) I have more wallspace than shelf space, and B) they look nicer hung up than stuck on a shelf. This is also true in the event of multiple releases - if I get the '98 KB exclusive release or whatever, I don't try to go back and look for the 10-back to replace it.

Raph and Leo from this series:

As for Giants I need:
The original Mike and Leo (I know, it's shameful)
The Giant Movie III Turtles
Leo and Don from the Giant Mutations line

If you're talking about the same entity I'm thinking of, than call me guilty too.

Fifth picture down, what are the red Samurai Leo, Shuriken Raph, and the carded Don and Mikey figures behind them...looks like some sort of Turtle in a Turtle thing. I've never seen these before!

Also, what the hell do you do for a living dude?!
