TF Armada has a kick butt updated theme intro why cant TMNT?

Im still puzzled...Transformers Armada has this freaking awesome technosih remake of the old theme song...yet what do we TMNT fans get? The biggest theme song abomination since the Poke-rap. Man, why oh why couldnt they have just did a cool tranecy electronic remake of the awesome original TMNT theme song? grrrrr...such a kick butt new TMNT show but with such a cringingly horrific theme song.

the song ain't THAT bad give it some credit!

it has pretty good guitar work and it teaches you how to count!

To most of the people, there is nothing wrong in the new theme. And you would want the old one in this show?

Yeah, "When evil Shredder attacks" kind of lines would really fit the new show. While I think the new theme is good as it is, it might be better with just a theme music without lyrics.

But if they updated the old song, they would ruin your precious 80s theme song, and it would be "horrific" just like the early 90s.

And that's the problem! Not enough sex appeal in the new show. I mean, April's ok and all, with her belly shirts and pants that barely cover her hips, but what the show *really* needs is AZURE. Nothing screams "sexy" like a blue Ninja Turtle.

I think the current theme song for the new TMNT is right. I still like the first theme song from the old TMNT better, and I never get tired of hearing it either. At least, they didn't do a remake for the second theme song (third opening with some live-action scenes) of the old TMNT. That theme was oh-so-crappo.

There were 3 theme songs composed for the new show, for them to pick through. That was the one that was picked, but another was released on a FoxBox CD by mistake. Have you all heard it? It's much better in my opinion and very similar to the original one. If you haven't heard it, I'll gladly upload it and post a link, but I think TMNT online has it on there already.

1. A show with a cool theme song, annoying bit characters that take up all the screen time, a pair of writers who have NO experience in the field, and a complete lack of editors?

OR!

2. A show with a crappy theme song, well-thought out characters, excellent scripts that don't talk down to the audience, and a definate appearance of quality writers and editors?
