What are all the extras on the DVDs

Could someone please provide me with a comprehensive list of all extra features (not counting trailers or advertisements for non-TMNT related stuff) on the TMNT DVD releases from 4Kids and FUNimation? I know the first few single discs had a short making-of and some more superfluous extras (like character profiles), almost all single disc releases of episodes of the first two seasons had interviews with Laird, some of the single disc releases around the end of season 2 and beginning of season 3 had a (unnecessary IHMO) promo for a card game, that uber-hard-to-find "Turtles Against H.A.T.E." had some shorts. Am I missing anything or have I made any mistakes? Did any of the 2-disc sets (of season 4, Fast Forward and the halves of the first two seasons) have any bonus features? Did Michaelangelo's Christmas Rescue have any bonus features? Which single disc releases had interviews with Laird and which ones didn't?

That was the thing that always mystified me about the turn the franchise took when Eastman and Laird licensed the cartoon and the parallel comic book published by the same outfit that gave us Archie. The turtles' original origin story? The whole thing hinges on a for-Christ's-sake rape-murder!!!!
from here.

The only volumes to collect for worthwhile extras are 1-8, 14 & Season 4. I'll be more specific later.

I think you have your wires crossed. Volume 13 (Battle Nexus) has an interview with Peter Laird and Stan Sakai, whearas volume 14 (City at War) has no extras (unless you count the card game promo and some trailers, and I don't). But did either volumes 11 or 12 contain any worthwhile extras? What about the Michelangelo's Christmas Rescue release? I once saw a wiki that had info on the Season 3 single volumes, extras included, but I forgot where it is. Can anyone help me?

EDIT: Found the site.
