[Question] Has any one made a custom naginata or kusarigama?

Has any one made a custom naginata or kusarigama? I'm trying to get the weapons that they are having in the new toon. I've seen a few naginatas from TMNT toys but I'm not sure if they will fit my 2k3 Donatello.

I have, although they were for Marvel Legends figures rather than TMNT. The naginata was just styrene rod & sheet, the kusari-gama was the same rod & sheet with wound wire for the chain. This is about the only pic I can find:

The naginata is a very simple to make, as it's just a blade on a stick (actual naginata were often made from old, repurposed katana blades.) Get yourself a toy sword, cut off the blade, and glue it to a shaft and you're done (you'll get a stronger/sturdier bond if you bury part of the blade inside the shaft.) You can embellish it with a hand guard, wrapped grips, tassles, etc. to make it more interesting.

Kusari-gama are pretty easy to make too. All you need is a chain, a sickle for one end, and a weight for the other. You can cut the sickle blade out of any flat material, glue that to a short shaft (again, you'll get a stronger bond if part of the scythe blade is embedded inside the shaft), attach one end of the chain to the shaft's bottom, and the other end to your weight. A fine necklace/bracelet chain should work for smaller scale figures.

Movie III April, Hothead, and Shogun Shredder came with a naginata. I'm sure moer did, but that's off the top of my head. They were swords that attached to staff, so you would need to have both parts.

That's right...I forgot. I did made a naginta for my custom Benvenuto back in the day. I took one of the bo staffs from the NM Mutant Marauder hummer and added the bo topper from 2k3's Donnie.
