Question on 1988 Figures
I have noticed on some of the 1988 figures especially the turtles that sometimes their limbs look like the have a frosty white tint to them. I saw a Don the other day with just his right arm like that unopened in the package.
Anyone have any ideas why. |

Some figures have a rubbery feel to them.

Spiderpumkin is correct. This could also be a fine layer of dust. I have asked around to people who have opened these and the dust wiped right off. Do not be fooled by people who claim that they are rubber limbs.
The rubbery feel was for movie star figures, not 1988 figures. A graded Don was just sold on ebay and the figure sub-grade was an 80 because of this dust/plastic degredation. |
