It sounds like Michaelangelo's Birthday, except in that one, all of them except Mike get inflated.

Like a balloon. They were floating and everything. Splinter saved them though.

I only saw from that part. Splinter opened a box and the 3 balls inside start glowing and spinning until they're flying. They spin around the others and turn them back to normal. When Mike asked what they were, Splinter said that they were mothballs.

Nope, they were ordinary mothballs. Never underestimate the magical power of common objects.

N/K Loola. I only saw the last few minutes and I thought that much was weird. But the party they gave Mikey at the end was pretty funny.

Ohhh i watched that ep on divx some weeks ago...i liked the part when mike gets trapped in that anti-mutagen machine thingy and the part when the turtles got inflated like balloons and float x.X;
OHHHHHH AHHHHH there is a virus called Michaelangelo's birthday
http://ciac.llnl.gov/ciac/virdb/VIRS0603.TXT
I wonder if the virus "turtle tracks" or "blast from the past" also exists ;/
By the way, i am uploading the ep michaelangelo's birthday on divx but you'll need winrar to uncompress it since it wont let me upload the whole 50 mb file.
I'll post the link when it's done..
done:
http://twiki.org/p/pub/Main/WaltWalt...sbdayfiles.txt
and here you can get winrar:
http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar30b7.exe
i hope it works, now im going to sleep -.-;

i got everything fine, its just that when it played, my player said some important stuff was missing, and I ended up with NO pics, and the sound was so choppy, it was awful...

Argh o.O
try doing this...do a copy of your file and download divfix here:
http://www.divx-digest.com/software/divfix.html
now unzip the file to a folder and run DivFix.exe
click on file, click on open and select the copy of the episode, then click on rebuild index...i hope that fix it...if not, i dunno...maybe try another player...or maybe i should upload it again =/
Ok i uploaded it in rm...quality of video and sound is much lower...but it might play instead of crashing like the divx one, i dunno..
http://twiki.org/p/pub/Main/WaltWalt...ikesbdayRM.txt
i hope this works for someone...its everything i could do :/
