new sewer playset

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...=glance&s=toys

According to Toy's R Us the playset will be out on the 20th of this month! 49.99 too...

They don't have a date for April, and they don't have Casey or Hun listed. They also don't have that new Foot thing listed either, so take this info with a grain of salt... unless your a slug. .[/url]

Cool!!! Way too expensive though, for that price it ought to come with all the action figures shown in those pictures!

It's supposedly including and exclusive Splinter figure. I hope it's some kind of variant and not just the same figure. They should fix Splinter's kimono as his current one is without sleeves.

I also read it comes with lights and sounds, I hope it does.

Where are you guys getting this info? I really haven't heard too much about this play set since the first info came from that toy fair thing.

Also, doe it come with the weapons on the door? And any word on how many figures it can hold when its folded up?

UPDATE: Playmates sends word that this playset will no longer include any exclusive figure. We had previously said it would come with an exclusive Splinter figure, but this is no longer the case.

I wish they would have included a exclusive Splinter figure. I would have liked one that looked more like the animated version. And had proper sleeves on his kimono. Hopefully we'll get a new set of Turtles and Splinter in the future that is highly articulated. I'd like to put a Splinter into a meditation pose.

Ahhh...yet another reason to get a job soon.

Too bad about the exclusive Splinter figure though, I'm all for more Splinter figures. With better accessories! Better sculpts! Better articulation!

I want a Splinter t-shirt too, but I haven't heard anything about any of those being made yet.

The turtles themselves have commented along those lines, and the humans also in the episode "Garbageman". "You'd be suprised what humans will throw out." And it's true, especially with how much humans waste money and throw stuff out. And with Donny's tech genius he could easily repair the stuff. Hell, they sell WideScreen TV's at Wal-Mart now. If they made it to that store, I'm sure they have made it into the dump.
