[Question] Who's The Best Mod/Admin To...?

I need to DM somebody about a sort of plaguerism issue that's arisen with a tumblr user. They're not a technodrome member so I'm doing this on their behalf.

A member of the forum is copying their TMNT conversations/musings, posting the same content on here but making the impression it's their own thoughts and opinions.

Who would be the best mod to report this to for further investigation?
