How big of a role will Karai have?

How big of a role will Karai have?

I don't think it will be very large, it's possible she'll just be in Sachs hideout for one scene and then commanding the foot in the subway scene. It's possible she will die too.

We haven't seen much of her in the trailers, so I'm guessing we won't see a lot of her in the film. I'm a big fan of Karai, so I'm hoping I'm wrong, or that things develop in this first film in a way which lead her to getting a bigger role in the sequel.

Well, if she gets more lines in than Superman did in Man of Steel, I'll be happy.

Karai and Taylor are the only ones we have not seen in released images or trailers in character. That being said I think she would take the role Tatsu held for the first two films, but how many scenes will that mean?

Now that Oroku Saki has been revealed (or so we believe, anyway), her inclusion makes a lot more sense. I imagine she'll be Sach's tie to Saki, in that she introduces them or something like that. Perhaps Saki sends her out to watch Sach's men & make sure he doesn't double cross him. I'm sure she'll be there as more than just added muscle, though I can't say I expect her to have much screen time despite that.

I hope there's enough screen time for Karai to have a big fight with Leonardo, Those two have an interesting dynamic when they fight each other.

i wouldn't expect that in this one..you have to establish the rivalry other wise its just some random fight no different from the others

and depending time putting that, along with everything else in one film would take away from some sort of story

Based on what you hear in the trailer, The Turtles may have encountered the Foot Clan before, When you hear Donnie monitoring the surveillance video and saying. "Surveillance is showing heavy foot clan activity."

if that even is donnie...we honestly wont know till we see the movie and like someone said before for the saki/eric line, that foot line could be from anywhere in the movie just put over that one scene in the trailer for effect

and even then do you want to go into a film where details are already established and we never get to see certain things grow and all we get is SFX and action?

Taylor is the character played by Abby Elliott. She is April's roommate and said to be Irma by another name. This character like Karai has yet to appear in anything more than the actors behind the scenes photos.

it's Jeremy Howard's voice so it's Donnie' as for when it takes place, when would they be monitoring the for the foot and their activity till maybe the very end maybe,

And yes that would be find just because thing are preestablished doesn't mean they still can't have a plot jus mean time does have to be taken to fully explain everything, it like batman we know who he is and why he's there no need t to keep explaining.

I'd like there to be a bit of Karai; not gonna lie, I think the pink in her hair is a cute and interesting touch - it's got me curious about what she'll be like in this version.

now I am aware that she is getting tossed around during those scenes, but Im hoping that means she takes a front seat during the action sequences against the foot.

The actress who plays her, keep posting things about the film on her instagram/twitter, so Im really hoping she plays more than a bit part. Otherwise why boast so much about a role in which you are barely seen? right?

Shes likely to be in the Big down hill snow chase, shes involved with the turtles capture, shes in the subway fight, likey shes in more, I'm betting her part is pretty substantial

This. She'll be the new Tatsu.... because a 15 foot tall robotic Shredder (likely with Krang in his belly or head) can't be the kind of Shredder that does much of anything but look menacing and lunge around like a Transformer.
