My daughter and I took a trip to SF to check out the TMNT exhibit. We started by looking at some of the original art from issue #1. They had the entire issue on display minus the back inside cover. There was also some additional art from Rafael and some of the other first run books. They had some nice wall art in this room as well. The next room focused on animation. They had some art and cells from the original series but it was mostly art from the Nickelodeon series which was also playing on TV. They had a display of the Nickelodeon action figures and some comics. The comics were mostly second prints and not in good condition. Overall it was worth the trip but I think it could have been a better display.
