TMNT Mirage #1 40th Anniversary bundle

[nicobobinus]

I've always wanted a reader's copy of TMNT #1 in its original size format, so have snapped up one of the new bundles available on Kevin's website.

It's great to read the efforts that have been made to ensure these are as faithful recreations of the original comic print run as possible, using the same printing machines and technology where possible.

Didn't think I'd ever buy another copy of the first issue (unless I somehow stumbled across a dirt cheap first print or hardcover sixth), but here we are.

I’ll be picking up Rich’s version when it goes live.

With a red colour version of the original #1 art. Rich Horn, runner of TMNT Blog, massive collector, owner of a set of negatives used to produce the first print of issue #1. They were used to produce this reproductions. Kevin has a set of three, Jetpack had one, and Rich will be selling his version in due time online.

Thanks for the update. Glad I've nabbed the Kevin versions!
