I think the only reason I'd watch is because of my appreciation of Keith David. That man could narrate a spider documentary and I'd probably enjoy every minute.

So Adult Swim officially uploaded the first episode to Youtube, usually not a good sign when they do so less than halfway through the first season airing. As a little reminder, Adult Swim hasn't done that for Rick and Morty proper.
