Dreamwave comics!

as you all know, or should know, DW has canceled the Turtles comic drawn by Lesean... son's a bitches... anyway, I'm really pissed because I have them all and I really like them.. well I'm missing issue 2, but I'm looking for it, so I'll have it sometime soon.

I am very upset with the cancellation of the dw comic, but I don't wish death upon them. Anyways it may come back in the summer. Just think positively.

This is a dumb poll.

As for my thoughts on the comic: I'm sorry to see it get cancelled because it's a TMNT related comic, but I'll be honest I found the issues to be quite uninteresting and won't miss it much. I did enjoy Lesean's art though and hope that he'll make a cameo in the new Tales of the TMNT Vol. 2

I agree with that as well. The stories weren't my cup of tea but I loved the art and having a new TMNT comic every month and two every other month was nice.

it really doesn't affect me that the DW comic is gone
i have the first collection
read it and the story wasn't very good
teh writing wasn't very good
the art was ok but it wasn't my cup of tea..to abnormal in some parts

Die? No. I'm mad the comic was cancelled, but I would never wish death on another human being. We're getting Tales soon, so that will make up for the loss of DW.

Yeah, it sucks that they cancelled the book. But why did they? Because not enough people are buying it. End of story. Maybe they'll bring it back after awhile, in which case it would be a very bad idea to wish death upon them. So, to put it as nicely as possible, shut the hell up.

This isn't humourous, just stupid. They cancel a book and you lot are practically committing suicide. I guess I should find that amusing, in a sad way.

heh... heheh... No. Actually, there seems to be alot of this running around here. Stupid threads, that is. Bad timing, cuase many are getting tired of it

Though, I think I could prolly do without with some of DW's lesser quality TF comics, than curse the whole company to the inferno. The Transformer franchise is basically keeping DW alive. Not only are they doing the comics, they are also pushing out boxart and mini comics for the toys, and lithos, and other merchandise enmasse.

If you really want DW to go under, kill off their TF franchise. But since I like most of the DW TF comics, I don't want it all to go away yet. Hence... I still have a part of me wanting to keep the company alive, no matter how rough it gets. *nods*
