When the hell is this coming out? I thought it was suppose to ship in January but I haven't seen it on any of the shipping lists for this month. Anybody know what's up?

Yes, but it doesn't appear on the diamond shipping lists for either of those weeks.

It's shipping this week, the 21st: http://toynewsi.com/index.php?catid=107&itemid=2591

Also remember, Diamond doesn't put the final shipping list up until 5PM EST every monday(it's at www.diamondcomics.com/shipping.asp ). So when that goes up in about 10 minutes, Tales of the TMNT #1 should be on there.

Edit: It's not on there. Maybe they just missed it? Diamond does make mistakes on their lists sometimes, and it seems weird to have conflicting sources on this...

I think toynews is wrong because it lists Ultimate adventures#6 as shipping the 21st, and it shipped the 14th.....It also doesn't have Cobra reborn listed which should be shipping the 21st, too.

Edit: Just checked the diamond shipping list and it appears that Cobra reborn has been pushed back to the 28th.

Ooo.. wait, wait, wait...

I remember reading a news blurb Dan posted on his mailing list (I guess that's where I saw it. Can't find it on the site), saying that he missed sending the announcement to Diamond that they plan to have the Tales of the TMNT comic out this month.

So I believe the comic is still a go for this month!

But don't take my word for it. ...I'm on cold meds right now!

I remember that too, but I believe he didn't make the date for it to come out at the beginning of the month so he had to back it up to the end of the month so it should still appear on either the 21st or the 28th shipping list.

Edit: Read it now,I thought it was pretty good. This one had a very unique tone to it, but then showing the Turtles at age 12 kind of requires that. I'm kind of surprised they never went back to check on those worm creatures again. If I were Don I'd be curious enough to go back and visit that area, and to find out if they survived or not.
it's out!!! WHAT THE HELL!!
I went to my comic shop tonight and they told me it hadnt come out yet god oh man am i ticked off! I can't believe tales is out and my comic shop didnt get it in *cries*
