first of all, I do not have that kind of money when you have to pay the bills....the ink looks a tad faded but it could just be my computer being funny or that was scanning.

wait a sec

Ok, doesnt like someone else own like a lot/most of the orgional art for the 1st series tmnt that they are tryin to sell for like a million dollars? or is that just art from the 1st issue? Its been awhile since I saw that ad on the internet. Someone else posted a thread about that dude a couple weeks ago.
I would defiently check to see if that guy has a cert or something or see super close up images of the work, then do a intense study to the comic. I've heard of "fake" comic pages before, there are some talented artists out there that can mimic other or VERY well. If your really into the scammer business, you could also take slides of the comic pages, project them onto comic pages and trace the outlines.
(i'm a professional photographer, and artist btw, not a scammer!)

Just a fair warning. I would hesitate buying something like that off ebay, without super awasome pics.

Well, if you went to the auction you would see really detailed pics. And they're the thumbnails Kevin did before drawing the actual pages, not something you're going to be able to fake.

The guy selling TMNT art for a million dollars would be Kevin Eastman.
