It is very clear that these concept artists were hired because suits don't know the difference between skill & good work.

They're obviously talented in how they render things, but the designs? It's like the overly complicated le edgy XD stuff you see on Deviantart, except that it's made to look pretty.

Anyway, as someone who archives everything, thanks for sharing your find.

Not problem. In some ways, I appreciate this design more than the other "art" that came out of Aaron Sims studio, it looks far more finished and technically proficient, but like you said, it's too busy.

I flat out hate the Splinter.

This is right from ILM, so maybe that's why it looks more professional.

Shredder armor is cool.

But Splinter looks like a gerbil.

I think it needs a bit more fur in some places, Splinter looks like my pet rat when he became very old and a lot of the fur on it's face either turned silver or faded away.
