Howdy do all. Jester here again. Watching my OT TMNT DVD's (all 3 volumes)and I noticed that almost everyone has an error so with the power of DVD screencaping I thought we could do an list of errors by screen cap...for voice errors...we may have a problem...here we go, let the fun begin.

Previous shot was Leo tackling Shredder out of the way, then shows Raph with Leo's voice, it remains Raph after.

We should do a post of often occuring mistakes....like April's morphing Turtle com...sometimes it's like the guys', sometimes it's like a compact...Shredder's neck...sometimes purple, sometimes flesh toned....Bebop's ponytail....sometimes purple often brown.

Also how the guy's have weapons, and in a split second they disappear.

Those are really good you guys do pay a lot of attention to the details ... you forgot to mentions that on some caps they seem to be melting too, but thats just bad animation

While watching April, Leo and Don are seen with their weapons, after the tv signal is lost, in a matter of 20 frames in witch nothing happens their weapons disappear.

In "Return of the Technodrome", when Rocksteady charges inside the control room (where Donatello is messing with wires), he's literally "yellow-bellied", no, I don't mean afraid, I mean that his stomach is the same color as his shirt.

Wow..these are great guys...I cant believe they were soooooo many errors in my beloved cartoon... :)

Yeah, TMNT sure does have a lot. Some are noticeable even as a child, but there are a nice share that come up, that you never thought much about.

I always noticed when the boys would talk and their mouth would not move. Or vice verca.

I don't remember from which episode this is but but its the one where they boys get suckered into doing a circus act and Michaelangelo puts a ladder under him. Well right before he does this there is a close up of his face and his mouth is moving, but he doesn't say anything:lol:

A thing about rats

Towards the end of the episode, while the Turtles and April are going to some sort of Labratory taking the party wagon, Michaelangelo says something, but using Donnie's voice

And in Return of the Shredder, some point during the episode, Raph's red threads turn blue.

I remember a scene from Invasion Of The Punk Frogs. After Bebop and Rocksteady slap hands after the turtles show up. Bebop talks in Rocksteady's voice

Do you think the animators are doing this on purpose to see if the viewers are paying attention cause theres one like every 5 mins :D

"Splinter No More." It seems they couldn't make up their minds as to what state he was in...Yoshi/Splinter that is. Because when he first enters the temple, he seems to have fully reverted, yet when he's warned to dodge the lasers, he's still not fully back and has the tie and the pants (which he was missing a moment before). Unless it's some kind of strange ninja practice of quickly removing and then putting on clothing in the stupidest possible time/place (and if you believe that, I have some prime sewer real estate for you)

I think that the "closeup" guns that Rockstead and Bebop fired at splinter may have had different barrels than what you see when Shredder asks "you do know how to use them"

Leo and Mikey voices are swapped in here. When Leo's mouth moves we can here Mikey speaking. The same with Mikey.

For some reason I laugh every time I look at it.......must be getting late.

Actually the guys in salior suits making weird faces does that to everyone...:P

Why do I look at that face and think of BattleToads? Plus I used to pretend I was Irma in that episide,cept I'd be more appericated!

Not only will it take forever to find all these errors but haha it's gona take up tons of space.

Let's see, Hotrodding Teenagers from Dimension X....the two colored "streams" on the radar swap color (the blue and red, those Starmobiles). And when the Stone Warriors (Traag and that grey one called "Granitor" in the video games) first fire their lasers into the arcade they trashed, you don't "see" anything fired, just here it.

and the later episode where the turtles were working on a Starmobile, it was red...I thought the Neutrinos left behind the blue one. Continuity error?

one of my favorite ones I'm not sure what episode its from but Krang is like dark purple and shredder was like wow you look wonderfull on lavender krang and he has this ticked off look on his face....now when the toon makes fun of mystakes thats the best hahahaha

I don't know if this is a glitch or not or perhaps just a continuity erroe, but the show couldn't seem to make up its mind on whether or not the thing Shredder wears over his face is a metal mask or a piece of grey clothe that he waers like a scarf aroune the lower part of his face. :P

Like for the most part in is grawn all shinney like its made of metal. But in the episode where Shedder puts those three aliene crystals on his helment its apears to be only clothe instead of metal, but in the Old Switcharoo it is a meatal mask that is attached to his helment and opens like a door on his face.:lol:

Then there are time when the animators can't decide if the mask is detachable or gas hinges (like it did in the old Switcharoo) or if it just comes off completely like in the first episode of the series. :-?

Although if it is a mask that is made of meatal, how the hell is he able to breath in it:sick: ?

I heard that these episodes where all rushed when made, that's why there are so many errors on the cartoon and the voice actors wheren't cleared on who says what. In most cases 1 voice actor was absent when it was his turn or the idoits at the studios couldn't decide if Barry's lines should be Rob,Cam or Townsend's or vise versa.
