Toby's drawings

Here's something I doodled earlier this morning. Sadly, I don't have a scanner at the moment, though I'm planning on getting a new one soon. So hopefully a photo from my cell with be alright for right now.

Oh wow that is so cool and cute love it and also being my fave Turtle. :)

Not bad, really. Good perspective.

Nice look! ....I like that facial expression! :tgrin: ... I was wondering how you will draw to his bro Michelangelo.... :tgrin: and Leo and Raph too.... :D :twink:

I do like the anatomy proportions, clean lines, and expressive face!

I like it!!!

U know what they say practice makes perfect:P great start though

great art like the stile

Hey, Toby! Really great proportions, style, and expression to the face. This is a fun piece! Hope you keep adding to this thread! I'd love to see more!

Thank you so much everyone. =)
I probobly won't be posting anything too big until I get that scanner, but I'll certainly post more character sketches when I have the free time to sketch.
I know my cartoonier style isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it's something I've always been more comfortable with, but hopefully I can get a good chuckle from you all the same.

I thought tonight, I'd pencil something different.
So here's my first ever attempt at drawing Alopex! I think she's a pretty awesome character, and hope to see her make more appearances in the IDW comic!

Nice job, Toby! That's the best Alopex fan art I've seen yet!

However... you really need to get yourself a scanner to show off the full awesomeness of your work!

I love your cartoony style man! Great Alopex.

really nice sketches. love the donnie! if you've got the time, you should sketch a group shot.

Well, I'm impressed. I hope to see more!

Alopex looks pretty awesome to say the least

Very nice cartoony style! I like it.

I love how expressive your Donnie is. I also vote for a group sketch.

Maybe a bit more lighting could help while you get yourself a scanner.

Nice work! Keep'em coming!

Are the images a little clearer like this ?

Thank you very much everybody! =) I'm glad my stuff is getting some enjoyment!

Group shot eh?

Not done yet, but started this tonight. Don't know how I actually feel about this one, I think Mikey looks pretty weak. I may start on a new one tomorrow instead.

Pretty cool to say the least It would be awesome if u got a groups shot!!!

Faster than a ninja ! I'm only trying some quick photoshop magic here. I'll stop if you don't think its worth it...

It certainly makes the image a slight bit easier to see! :)

:D I'm so useful !

Now go get yourself a scanner !

Just wanted to pop in and say sorry for the lack of anything recently. I've been moved to the third shift at my job until further notice, and the complete upside down turn has made it harder to find time to draw.

I'll try to have something up soon though. D:

Third shift is totally killing me over here... have a Raphael drawn on a burrito sleeve at 2AM lol

Was drawn completely in ink, so it's a bit sketchier than the pencil drawings. Not much longer and I'll have my big tax return, and then I can get that new scanner! :D

I like your style man, I'd be curious to see your take on the Nick turtles.

Wow the Raph sketch is pretty awesoem and is amazing considering it was done on a burrito wrapper:lol:

Again very well done. :)

man do some commissions and get a scanner... your art deserves it

Awesome job on these drawings, Toby. You really are very talented.

I was asked to draw up a turtle with longer bandana tails, and no pupils, so it seemed easy enough. I left the turtle vague enough so that it can be any turtle you want. Maybe Donatello.

Still waiting for that tax return...

You got style and nice sense of dimension.

Thank you so much, Andrew! =)

I think the photoshop b&w look compliments these drawings well! Love the stuff Toby!

More burrito wrapper art from tonight, it's becoming a pretty bad habit lol

Not really sure I'm completely happy with how this one turned out. The way the robe devours his legs kinda bugs me, but it's in pen, so there was no turning back!

Nice stuff. Love your style.
