Welcome to this month's Artjitsu.

The idea is you take a photo/theme/question or whatever and RUN WITH IT. That's right. Using the topic below as your inspiration, create a work of art. Look at it as a learning experience, and do a careful study, or look at it as a fun way to express and show your individualism and go crazy with it. Stay as close to, or stray as far from the topic as you wish. Do a sketch, do it inked, do it colored, do it painted, do whatever.

A quick explanation of how Artjitsu will work:

Our drawoff will be monthly. New topics will go up every month, and you have a month to complete a piece.

And... that's it. I know that there have been a post with many fan renditions of other TD members, so... Here is this month's topic:
Draw a picture of a fellow TD member... that hasn't been posted before ;-)

ooh ooh! this is really where I wish I had access to a scanner (or that mine was working!) argh!! I've done several drawings of myself (as ninja hobbit) but alas, I cannot post them! hopefully I can get my scanner fixed before the end of may........

sorry for the double post, but, how do we do pics of fellow posters, when we don't even know what they look like ?(besides, kali, machias, HT, and azure)

if people don't have a character they've embraced... whether an original or otherwise... there's always that old "Pictures" thread back in General Discussion.

Well for other forum members, you could always base them off their avatars or look at some art of their characters in the site's art gallery or their websites' if they have one...

I didn't know there was a black hole over there. Remind me not to stroll by those parts of the Technodrome.

HT does have menacing hooves, doesn't she? Combined with her electric pitchfork, that digital mutant is unstoppable. We better be very careful...

I suppose I could be a turtle/hobbit (after all, I AM a mutant). A shorter turtle, with hair.

Heh... I did a Turtle Elf before, so a Turtle Hobbit shoud be a peice o cake! (and much easier than a Turtle Orc)

yeah, the dilemma is, should my character be a "turtle-hobbit" or should it be something more along the lines of this?
