what do you think of the 2k12 turtles? :o

Well, from the two commercials and Wave 1 of the toy line, so far I'm liking them. And it's not because it's new Turtles. I never got into the 2003 series, and I was fully aware that they were on tv and all over merchandise. I'm truly excited for this series.

I'm liking them. I've kind of dug them from the first images we saw. I'm sure when I get my hands on the figures they will even be more awesome for me. Of course for me my favorite design will always be the 80s TMNT because that is what I grew up with though.

So far, I really am liking this new incarnation. The humor and the style seem to be great from what we can tell so far! I seriously looking forward to this series!:tgrin:

This was my Favorite portrayal of the Turtles, I will really miss the old look.

I'm truly excited for the 2k12 turtles. The voices sound great, and I'm glad that Nick will be making them act and look like teens.

I think the new turtles are a great mix of the original series and the 2k3 series! Therefore, they are awesome!

I got the figures and I have to say now that I have them they are amazing and i'm loving the design even more then I already did. Especially Raph and Donnie. They look amazing. Now I can't wait tell September when the show airs.

I can't get over the voices its just not the same as 2003 turtles but at least they look like teenagers, i guess but common splinter looks like a mutant shrew or badger with human hands:o and i thought my wife's cat looked bad.:teek:

I like the animation and it seems to have a good pace but I really hate all the anime references

The problem is trying to get the right flow for the emoticons

I am really in love with the new 2k12 turtles!I thought the toys look incredible, the designs I dug from the beginning and now that we have scenes to see them in motion?wow!mind blowing to me!
even after watching it a couple of times their is still this aura of 'wow!they gonna let the turtles slice the kraang here?' guiding me through the 'meet the kraang' clip;)...

just watching the traiing clip again I notice that the music is really cool in that one.I wonder if this show will have such a GREAT music as the two cartoon incarnations before had...

I am absolutely in love with the new Shredder appearance, I think it's an amazing middle-ground between the '87 show and '03 show. So far, the only thing I don't like about them is the gap in Donnie's teeth, it just seems out of place to me, but other than that I love how they all look unique now rather than just the color of their bandannas. For instance, Donnie looks taller and skinnier, while Mikey looks a bit smaller, ect.

Splinter seems a bit odd to me, but I'm not sure what. I like the new coloration of his face, and I love that he has a sword now, but something seems out of place on him, and I honestly don't know what it is, but regardless I really like his design. From what I've read they're all younger, which makes more sense because I was really confused when I saw April. :tlol:

yea splinter maybe require longer to get used to...
