The Second Annual T'Drome Awards Ceremony (Its really done this time!)
 

Alrighty.

The time..... has come.


*snaps fingers*



*The Drome is suddenly turned into a GIANT Dancehall. Blue and silver candles and floral arrangements decorate the tables that take up most of the floor. At each place is a card with a member's name. Love letters pile up in the plates of Alison and Ai, from people still confused about their genders...

On the stage is a Giant 8-foot gold replica of the famous Dromey Award. A podium stands in the center with a small transparent table, the awards in sealed envelopes. offstage, the various presenters chat and enjoy the champagne..

In the Back of the hall, a long line of tables presents the fine dining of the evening, everything from pheasant under glass to Pizza. On one large circular table is the punchbowl, complete with lil fountain and umbrellas for glasses.

Everyone is dressed up to the nines. Matt in his fine military garb, the local ladies in their finest gowns, and a few guys in trenchcoats playing with their handheld games. Ryo is... uh... bellydancing on the red carpet? Oh boy...*

Please, make yourselves comfortable, have some food, and be ready for the festivities to begin!

*grabs a heaping handfull. Jester has never looked more dashing. Wearing a salmon collored tux, complete with cane and top hat. he makes his way to the podium, crammoing the remainder of the snacks into his pockets and quickly chewing down what's in his mouth. with a still stuffed mouth he takes the mic*
Welcome one and all to the 2nd annual Dromies, or Golden Dromes, oh what ever the heck u wanna call them. I see KROW and Stormie are here....the only relationship as strong as Brad and.....oh wait....they broke up. In all seriousness best of luck to u....Banchee thanks for throwing this all together. I've only seen monkeys throw somehting together thois fast...and that wasn't half as pretty. Well...i'll start by presenting an award or 2....
*looks in his pockets, nothing....*
uhh....one minute.....
*pulls Banchee aside.*
Is it to late to pull the plug....i forgot to count all the votes sent in by Ai and Matt....they flooded me....they really wanted that "most likely to kill a man" they alm,ost drowned me in ballots....STALL!!!!
*runs off to make one final tally*

*blinks* Aw, dont tell me that.... theyre gonna lynch ME for this....

*speaks into the microphone*
Um, be sure to visit the food lines. Our chefs are making a delightful meal for us this evening....

*watches Jester leave* I hope the bellboy gets all the firearms, for our sakes... *heads off to find the live entertainment*

*rumages through his dressing room.*
Ballots....ballots....ballots....THERE!!!!
*dives on to a large stack of scan-tron ballots, most from Ai and Matt.*
1 for matt, 1,2,3 for Ai.....one for matt from a Mr. I.C. Weiner....crud....
this may take a while....:(

Slowly torturing the masses with each post...
 

*reassures the other awards presenters*
I'm sure we'll be starting any minute now. Jester just has a few things to do and we'll start. Hopefully there's enough to keep all the members busy...

I'm honored. And even though I don't think I'm as insightful as I am simply addicted to Google, I appreciate it.

Also, in my not-so-long-standing tradition of being insightful, wouldn't it be in everyone's interest to simply list the winners in one post? By the time you get to "Most Likely to Kill a Man", that person will likely have already killed a man out of sheer boredom, negating the award.

Simon Birch is already dead.

Do I win something for that?
