Can someone please identify these original cartoon episodes for me?

In one episode:

Michelangelo hosted a cookery show called "cook a la dude" , and his recipe idea was pizza. The audience wasn't impressed.

In another episode:

The Turtles were being chased by what could be a papparazi (spelling? ) .
