In one episode:

Michelangelo hosted a cookery show called "cook a la dude" , and his recipe idea was pizza. The audience wasn't impressed.

In another episode:

The Turtles were being chased by what could be a papparazi (spelling? ) .

Sounds to me like Splinter Vanishes.

Actually it was Food a la Dude and yes it was Splinter Vanishes.
