Please help, I love this picture and would like to know...

Who drew it (and if the artist has done other artwork)

Where to find a bigger version of it

And is it from an artbook?

It's the cover to City at War part 7 and it was drawn by A.C. Farley. Wouldn't know where to find a bigger version though.

There's an area where you can look at his art. I love his style (not sure about his turtle design, but love the detail and people)!

Just a little side note, I do believe AC Farley even did 2 issues of TMNT before coming on board to do the covers for City At War.
