Who drew it (and if the artist has done other artwork) Where to find a bigger version of it And is it from an artbook? |

It's the cover to City at War part 7 and it was drawn by A.C. Farley. Wouldn't know where to find a bigger version though.

Found something even better, the artist's site! http://www.alteredearth.com/farley.htm#traditional There's an area where you can look at his art. Just a little side note, I do believe AC Farley even did 2 issues of TMNT before coming on board to do the covers for City At War.
