If it involves Ninja Turtles, it'll end up in my inbox or pinged to me in an IM. It never fails.
Case in point...

My girlfriend IM'd me this morning with the following:

"Babe? I would love to see you dress as a sexy Raphael.
I'm just saying."

Now, considering we met via an online panfandom game where I play Raph...color me just the slightest bit confused. Then she lays THIS link on me.

Those actually look cool. I particularly like the Wolverine one. The Bumblebee one kinda reminds me of Wonder Woman's outfit. The Raphael one is... I dunno.. those boots and the shell are kinda off....but it's cool just the same.

And going to the website they're from. Wow....the regular adult TMNT costumes are awesome (the kids ones are um er um...yeah...)

Raphael? Shouldn't it be more of on the lines of a female character like April or Karai? Kind of odd seeing a chick impersonating a male turtle...

Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Wolverine are all dude-ish too (can a robot ever really be a dude?), so there's certainly a pattern forming here...

I'm not sure how good I'll look in these, but it's worth a shot.
