Foreign TMNT Movie?

I have vauge memories of a post on the SuperHero Hype boards a few years ago that showed a foreign live-action TMNT film.

It looked like a pretty cheaply made film. I'm pretty sure it had Tokka in it, and I think they were in a forest.

Can anybody tell me what this is, or if they've even heard of it?:ohwell:

Maybe it was this one?

Damn, & to date none of us dromers have seen it. I was JUST at a comic con with knockoff DVD's from all over the world, too. I could've potentially found it! I reallllyyyyy wish there comes a day where we can see this damn movie.

I just found a crapload of pictures that aren't from the other thread!

Wow and I thought that the costumes from the 3rd movie were the worst. :P
