Live Action Korean TMNT show...?

Can anyone here read Korean? Cuz I want to know what the f*ck this thing is supposed to be!

Those are some really funny looking costumes, they look like the one I had in '91.

This is what the top say's:

Under the second pic of the TMNT it say's: "Battle soldier. There is no work which does to be left over. The turtle (the grass turtle) with it changes accurately afterwards, the ham.
How without seeing, the battle soldier, it is the mutant turtle ｽﾞ, but * & * "

Notice the heads look like Splinter?

Scroll down about halfway, you'll see some crazy/fugly TMNT costumes.

Do you have any idea what this is? There's all 4 TMNT (red bandanas) as well as what looks like two evil Splinters with guns. Just looking at the subtle changes one would gather that those suit designs were used without permission, but hey, I could be wrong.

Weapon X, a poster at www.thetechnodrome.com ran the page through Babelfish or some other useless translation device and came up with this gem:

They were used without permission as far as I know - it may have been
a one-time use that qualifies as a "parody".
