Who's The Best Mod/Admin To...?

I need to DM somebody about a sort of plaguerism issue that's arisen with a tumblr user. They're not a technodrome member so I'm doing this on their behalf.

A member of the forum is copying their TMNT conversations/musings, posting the same content on here but making the impression it's their own thoughts and opinions.

Who would be the best mod to report this to for further investigation?

Krang or Shredder.

Thank you!

Whoa, that's pretty crappy. Art theft & things like that really suck.

Wait...is it art...or words? And is it this guy?

Closing this as the question has been answered and I want to avoid any escalating discussion about this topic.
