Hi guys! I'm new to the forum. I've been looking at all the amazing collections and thought I'd share my modest TMNT collection too :tsmile: I'm a casual TMNT collector. I pick up certain items for nostalgic reasons or just because they look cool. I'm not a completionist by any means. Anyhoo, here goes!

Saw this ex-rental VHS for sale at a local store a few years back and I had to have it. It's the same as the VHS I rented on my 8th birtday party 24 years ago! Oh the memories :tgrin:

I'm gonna print this "photo", make a little frame for it and stick it on the wall in the lair. I have a thread in the 'Custom' section where I post updates to the sewer set I'm building.

Those look a lot like modified figures - either repainted or re-done from some state of Ijustdon'tknow. Looking forward to get some insight on what we are dealing with here. Like a lot how they look :)

Well, these are factory testshots. Meaning the factory tests the molds to see if they function properly. They use whatever plastic that is in the machines at that time, hence the strange colors on some of em. The resulting figures are called testshots.

How do you come across stuff like that? Pretty cool stuff.

LOVE the family photo for the lair. So awesome

eBay mostly. There are a bunch of em up for sale,but the trick is to find the good ones. There are usually a lot of the same, I always wait for the less common figures to pop up.
