how do I get started???

RPG sounds fun, but how do you start??? whats the basic idea. And I see a lot of made up characters, what do i have to do to make up a character to play with?? to create a character do I have to post in the sticky thread or just in the rpg thread i join? thanksabunch

To join an RPG, first you should make sure you have a fairly good idea of what's going on in that story. :D Anyway, it's like playing pretend, only in writing. You may play a canon character, or make up your own.

If you make up your own character, basic stats are a must. Name, appearance, and basic history. Stuff that's in everybody else's profile. The "stats", numbered abilities are not necessary, but if you wish them for your character, contact heretic666 and he can help

Next step, have fun!

Heretic666, huh??

I can provide the number stats for all "canonical" characters, if you wish to play as one.

Laterz.

Whoops. My mistake. And I'm usually so psycho about details like that.
