Do Kids Know there is a new TMNT movie in August?

Kids know...the trailers have been all over Nickelodeon

i can see some people are posting without reading anything i wrote besides the title...

so i will specify..


i am not saying all Kids..i know some know..i said it in my very post at the beginning..i was surprised to what extent some know and dont know


which is why i asked is Nick showing trailers which some have confirmed they arnt

The way I see it....is kids are gonna see the trailers on Nick, the go and tell their friends, and then they will tell other kids and so on and so forth....word of mouth with kids is a strong thing

Maybe not yet. I think its normal though, if you asked if they knew about Guardian of the Galaxy or any other film that will be released on August, I bet they will say the same.

id also like the add i have not seen and Trailers attached to movies

and im talking the heavy hitters of summer. nothing yet

and every person i ask who has seen a movie says the same thing, even those who have seen transformers

I haven't seen that yet...hopefully tomorrow. But I'd expect it to be in front of that movie. If not then something is nuts!

Haha my girlfriends 10 year old cousin, who is a girl, asked me if I knew it was coming out and if I was for sure going haha, trust me, kids know

Just to weigh in, one of my coworkers went to see Transformers at the cinema here and he said he saw a Turtles trailer (couldn't tell me which one as he's not a fan and so hasn't been following all of the spots)... but yeah. I don't know where else the trailer's popping up in terms of people outside of the US and Canada.

I still haven't seen any of the trailers in theaters. I've seen Captain America twice at different theaters, Godzilla twice at different theaters, X-Men, and Spider-Man... It's getting on my nerves. I've only got one more movie to watch before it actually comes out.

We'll see. The kids that I've seen, are excited and jumping for joy before the trailer starts, and then afterwards, they get eerily quiet and look confused.

I'm guessing bc all they know is the NICK iteration. And because this is such a drastic departure, mainly based on the OT, I can see why this may turn off some kids.

Well, it probably doesn't mean much, but I've noticed over at nickelodeon, they have forums for the kids, and they are not talking too much about the movie. There might be someone new who might create a thread asking if anyone is excited for the new movie, and they often either get ignored, or the kids respond that they aren't sure yet. Hilarious thing though, most of the forum talks about which Turtle is hotter. I would not be surprised if more girls than boys watch the show now.

That's a bit strange...the which turtle is hotter thing I mean hahaha
