One time I watched my cousin Steve get passed the dam scene, but while he was in the Turtle Van scene, he lost Michaelangelo and he got frustrated so he turned the game off. I was kinda pissed at him cause I wanted to try playing.

The Turtle Van stage was next to impossible. There was one jump that was extremely difficult to make without a Turbo controller. And even if you did make the jump, getting the rope to work so you could cross the rooftops was iffy at best.

I never thought anything of it when I first saw that pic of them with red masks, but I was curious about where they got that idea.

I think the first game would work well for an updated verison with character changes. They'd need to change a few things, but most they could keep in. Replace Bebop and Rocksteady with the purple dragons and Hun and that pretty much covers it other than updated character designs for just about everything. And no doubt... some cut scenes to explain things.

the only problem with that is it's still entirely based on the old show where Splinter was originally Hamato Yoshi, and at the end of the game Splinter is changed back into Hamato Yoshi via the retro-mutagen ray generator.

Hmm, that's a good question. Guess there was a hole in the plotline there since they kept him as a rat in the cartoon show. They obviously wanted to keep Splinter in his mutated form, that way they could make his former human self figuatively dead.

I want the arcade game most of all! Four player with a single scrolling screen so if you play it on GB Player (for Gamecube) then you could all look at the screen instead of just one person.

If I could only have one, It'd definitely be the arcade game. That's the first one I ever played, and still the best. I also wouldn't mind Turtles in Time combined with Tournament Fighters for GBA or the consoles. They could have Tournament Fighters as a seperate mode for 1 or 2 player fights (and maybe add some of the new characters like a foot tech ninja or hun.)

Because of GC's bad sale numbers, we probably won't see many exclusive 3rd party games on the system.
