Hmmm...

Mike - Definitly someone like him, only a little more grounded so that he might be more grounded.

Raph - Someone not excactly like him, but a girl that can throw the sarcastic comments right back at him... in a flirtatious way, of course.

Leo - Someone a little less uptight, that he can relax more around.

Don - A girl smart enough to hold her own in conversations with him, but I always saw him with the more free spirited girl. Not so shy as him, and a little more mischevious, maybe making him relax and be more like that around her.
