Ramore slumped into his cell along with the rest and waited. In truth, he really didn't know what Doc had in store for him, but it had to be better than this.

Muttering to himself about having to wake up to damn early in the morning, (the sun wasn't even up yet!), the one named 'Doc' locked his door and made his way grudgingly down towards the jail... well, at least he got his new 'assistant', and that was all that really mattered. Money was nothing compaired to an 'assistant'.
As he was walking, however, the old man was nearly barolled over by some one in a fisherman's jacket and hat... what caught Doc's attention was the sailor's blood red eyes. If he had been a lesser man, he would have been silly enough to think that the rather short person (they must have been about 4'9") was possessed... but that couldn't be true... then he saw the hint of green under the hat. "Hey now, what's this? So sick you're green?" He joke half heartedly as he stared down at the person, knowing no one could really be that sick.

Regeane walks down the street for a few min only to run into an old man..

"Owww..." She rubs her head then looks up.. She huffs at the man.. "Watch where ye going, old man..

" She spits out with her thick scottish accent.. "And don't make fun of those ye don't know, you old fool..

" Her red eyes turn a deeper shade of red.. She looks the man over.. She huffs and turns to walk away from him.. She mutters under her breath..

"Stupid old man.. Tis the sec'in time tonight.. Why me?" She huffs again as she pulls her fisherman's jacket up closer to her face..

Doc wasn't tall, nor was he all that short: he was about 5'9" tall, (but seemed about 5'5" due to the fact that he was forced to lean on his cane). His hair was blonde mixed with silvery gray hair, his slim bifocals could barely be seen on his romanesc nose, and his blue-grey eyes had a ring of white around them due to age.
"Oh, it does so pain me to hear the lov'ly voice o' an Scots woman say such a dreadful thing." He said, leaning on his ebony cane; it had a pewter figurine at the end of a Raven at its top. He was obviously an English man. "Yeh see, dear, I care; and if there is any way I can help you, perhaps... shelter for the night, dinner, new clothing?"

Mike's jaw dropped open. Had she just read his mind? He was pretty sure he hadn't said that out loud. Well, kinda sure, he did tend to say things without thinking first, but no, he was sure he hadn't spoken. "I'm sorry," he said genuinely, referring to both not introducing himself and thinking rudely of her. "I'm Michaelangelo."

(( Sorry for not posting in a while... I'm sick right now, and I'm in a really depressed mood. I might disappear again for a few days, so if anyone wants to play Raph, that's fine with me. ))

Raphael raised an eyeridge at the girl turtle. "Interesting. So you can read minds." He paused for a moment, glancing at Michelangelo and Allison. "Yeah, Raph's short for Raphael. Now stop going around in my head. I already don't get enough privacy at home."

Raphael sighed and stood up, fumbling through the pockets on his trench coat. "Here Al, I owe ya for this whole mess." He tossed a tight roll of cash to the barkeeper, who caught it without any hassle.

"Gee, thanks. And here I thought you were lying about that." Allison stuck her tongue out at Raphael as she began unwounding the bills and counting them.

Raphael turned to the girl turtle once more. "So... You go by Gray, huh?" Raphael's thoughts wandered a bit to his past. "Heh. I used to know someone else who was named after a color. An annoying shade of blue..." His eyes softened for a bit, before he shook his head and his expression returned to its normal, hardened look. "Do you have a safe place to go home to?"

She doubted that whomever it was that Raph had been talking about was named for the same reason she called herself Gray. A guy who can only see in shades of blue, that's interesting. She thought, she decided to keep this to herself, she didn't want anyone knowing her little disability. Then he mentioned homes...

Gray scratched the back of her neck, unsure what to make of what he was saying. Was it an invitation to go with them, or was he offering to escort her to a safe place for the night? With her luck, if she thought it was one, it'd turn out to be the other and she'd thus make herself look to be the ass. Gah, I already look like one. Assume its both, answer neither.

Regeane nods her head.. She still thinks he is weird but she can live with it.. As long as she gets food, shelter and respect she will be fine..
