Eh...I mean I don't really care. With the exception of one or two people, none of you really seem to care about TMNT nor have ever bought from me. "Buyer beware" is kind of ridiculous as I have refunded him the majority of his money at this point-- he said himself that there was nothing wrong with one of the figures and that it was completely fair.

And I highly doubt he's a member on here.

I'm curious where you assume that aside from one or two people posting in this thread, the others don't care about TMNT?

Also, how did refunding half this guy's money go to the "majority" of his money?

I think the Buyer Beware comment is valid, regardless of if anyone in this thread has or will buy from you. It serves as a decent warning to other people considering it who might be browsing.

I sent him $53 to cover the PayPal fee becuase I didn't realize that the PayPal fee would get refunded to him as well.

He paid $50 for both figures, $50 for shipping.

HE SAID HIMSELF that he got the boxes up to snuff, and as far as he could see, there was nothing wrong with the Giant Fightin' Gear Donatello. So he was MORE THAN HAPPY to get a $50 refund, since half of the merchandise was not what he expected, and $50 was half of what he paid. He is going to try to re-sell the giant Fightin' Gear Raph since it didn't meet his standards.

I did the SAME THING with my Giant Mike, Raph, and Don from 2K3 and received positive feedback for those if I'm not mistaken. So it makes me think his stuff got roughed up when it went through customs, and there's nothing I can do about that.

I hope he files a case and you lose, and have to forfeit the other 50 dollars. You are trying to sell a product, and for 50 dollars for shipping how many figures? 3? Go out and spend a bit of money on a box.
