I think Raph would be safer than Mikey. Sais have a little less range, but they have the sharp edge necessary to puncture through the brain. Nunchucks take a little more effort to bash the brain. On the average person the blow to the head would knock a guy out with a concussion, but that's nothing for a zombie. The brain has to be destroyed.

If you watch the nunchucks part it takes the ninja a few swings to get to the brain. Valuable time and energy wasted with the nunchucks. Mikey would be better off with a Hammer.
