OT ep: Your opinion on Gadgetman

What was your opinion on Gadgetman, the retired superhero in the OT? I always assumed he was some kind of parody of both Inspector Gadget and Adam West Batman.

I did like the way Shredder tricked him into helping him and how the Turtles had to stop a nuclear generator from powering up the Technodrome.

It also had one of my favorite Leo/Raph exchanges after Shredder:

Shredder: (says something menacing)

Leonardo: Well...so are you Shredder!

Raphael: "So are you, Shredder?" Please, Leonardo, NEVER leave yourself open like that!
