How to identify NECA bootlegs?

Ran into the NECA turtles at my local comic shop here are some details:

- Red bandanas

- Tube Packages

- $29.99 for each or $115 for the set

- The owner of the store mentioned that he had a supplier who came across a couple of sets

I didn't take any pics. but I'm considering jumping on these because of the price point. Anything I should look out for?

(I realize that theres a bootleg thread but felt that it would be more recognized on the main page)
